Audi's new electric SUV concept breaks cover in China

Auto

Audi just previewed its fresh E SUV concept at Auto Guangzhou, showcasing its efforts to compete in China's EV scene.
This new ride ditches the classic Four Rings badge for a different look and follows the E5 Sportback as part of Audi's strategy to establish a China-exclusive brand.

Key features and what to expect

Set for a 2026 launch, the E SUV is built for local tastes with a roomy 120.4-inch wheelbase, sleek side cameras, roof-mounted LiDAR, and bold C-shaped lights.
Its 109-kWh battery promises over 700km of range (CLTC), and dual motors mean it can hit 100km/h in just five seconds.
Pricing isn't out yet but expect it above the E5 Sportback's $33k-$45k range as Audi teams up with SAIC to take on tough competition in China.
