The car has arrived here as a completely built unit (CBU) and bears a starting price tag of Rs. 1.29 crore (ex-showroom). It rivals the likes of Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Lexus LS, and BMW 7 Series.
Exteriors
The sedan has dynamic OLED taillights
Audi A8 L sports a glossy chrome finish on the grille, door handles, and rear. It provides a contrast to the paintwork.
The digital matrix LED headlights project individual light beams from micro-mirrors to improve visibility while cornering.
Meanwhile, the lighting sequence of the OLED taillamps changes depending on the driving mode.
It rides on 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.
Interiors
A cooled storage compartment with LED lighting is available inside
There is a contoured seat with a relaxation function behind the front passenger. It is ideal for working and relaxing while on the move.
The premium vehicle also gets a Valcona full-leather upholstery, customizable seatbelts and floormats, and armrests for both the front and rear seat occupants.
There is also a storage compartment with LED interior lighting. It can store two 1-liter bottles.
Technology
A multitude of screens are on offer
Audi A8 L packs a 10.1-inch dashboard-mounted infotainment touchscreen for controlling navigation, while an 8.6-inch display below it operates climate control.
There are also two 10.1-inch infotainment displays on the rear which run on the new MIB 3 software. A central console unit in the rear adjusts climate and seat functions.
A Bang & Olufsen sound system promises a 3D surround audio experience.

A predictive air suspension system is also available
Audi A8 L is backed by a 3.0-liter, V6 turbo-petrol engine with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The setup delivers 335hp/540Nm.
The mill is linked to an 8-speed automatic gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system. The car has a top speed of 250km/h.
A predictive air suspension system that increases/decreases the ride height by 50mm and all-wheel steering is also available.
