Lamborghini's new Temerario Super Trofeo will race from 2027
Lamborghini just pulled the covers off the Temerario Super Trofeo, their brand-new race car set to hit Super Trofeo championships across Asia, Europe, and North America starting in 2027.
Revealed at the Lamborghini World Finals in Misano, it takes over from the Huracan Super Trofeo Evo2 as Lamborghini's sixth dedicated model for this series since 2009.
Temerario packs a twin-turbo V8 engine
The Temerario packs a punch with its twin-turbo 4.0L V8 engine, cranking out 641hp and paired with rear-wheel drive and a six-speed sequential gearbox.
It skips hybrid tech for pure combustion power.
The chassis blends aluminum and carbon fiber, comes with an FIA roll cage, ABS brakes, and adjustable traction control—borrowing a lot from its GT3 sibling.
Designed to be an entry-level GT racing car
Designed as a gateway into GT racing, this car is built for both up-and-coming pros and ambitious amateurs.
Everyone races in identical cars in the Super Trofeo series, so it's all about driver skill—not deep pockets or fancy upgrades.
With partners like Pertamina and KW on board, Lamborghini wants to make sure every lap counts.
