Mercedes-Benz anticipates further price hike in September

Auto

Mercedes-Benz is bumping up car prices in India by up to 1.5% across all models starting September 1, 2025. This comes after earlier hikes in January and June 2025, mainly because the Euro has gotten stronger against the Rupee, making imports costlier.

Prices of some models increased from June 1

The first round of hikes hit on June 1, 2025, with some models like the C-Class and Maybach S-Class going up by ₹90,000 to ₹12.2 lakh. Now, every model gets another 1.5% price increase from September.

Mercedes-Benz expects demand to stay strong

Even with these price jumps, Mercedes-Benz expects demand to stay strong—thanks partly to recent RBI interest rate cuts that make EMIs a bit lighter for buyers. Plus, they're planning to open 30 new luxury "Atelier Experience" outlets next year to step up their game on customer service and experience.
