JSW MG Motor made headlines with a massive 70% jump to 4,463 units thanks to its Windsor and Comet models.
Kia and Hyundai also had strong months: Kia's EV sales rose by 24%, while Hyundai saw a solid 20% boost.
Newcomer VinFast surprised everyone by leaping from just six to 131 units in one month.
Tesla held steady with 69 registrations.
Industry experts pointed out that stricter emission rules and supportive policies are fueling this momentum—Kia described October 2025 as a "historic milestone" in their journey toward sustainable mobility solutions for India.
