16 CEOs quit top Indian firms in early 2025

The Spencer Stuart study points out that nearly 40% of CEO transitions happened within just three years, showing how quickly leadership is changing these days.

The study also highlights a big gender gap: only six women have become CEOs since 2020, mostly because fewer women are in roles that lead to the top job.
