CleanMax gets SEBI nod for ₹5,200 crore IPO

CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions just got the green light from SEBI to launch its ₹5,200 crore IPO.
The offer includes a fresh issue of ₹1,500 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹3,700 crore by existing investors like BGTF One Holdings.
The money raised will help CleanMax pay down debt and support future plans.

Renewable energy firm's revenue and profit details

Half the shares are set aside for big institutional buyers, with 35% for regular retail investors and 15% for others—plus employees get a special discount.
There's also a possible pre-IPO placement worth ₹300 crore.
CleanMax has been making waves in renewable energy since 2010, serving over 500 clients (including Amazon) and growing fast across India and abroad.
This year, they boosted revenue by nearly 13% to ₹1,610 crore and posted a solid profit—showing real confidence in their growth story.
