Elon Musk's work routine is as intense as you'd imagine
Business
A post from Chris Bakke, a former X (Twitter) employee who worked closely with Elon Musk, is making waves for revealing just how nonstop Musk's schedule really is.
Bakke shared that meetings with Musk were often set for 10pm but would get pushed to midnight or even 1 a.m.—meaning late nights and barely any sleep are the norm for Musk.
What does a typical day look like?
According to Bakke, Musk spends his first 10 hours with Tesla teams, handling engineering and production.
After that, he shifts to X meetings starting around 5 or 6pm.
Once those wrap up, he grabs a quick nap at the office around 2am before jumping right back in—seven days a week.
