Accusations

Bose claims Vaidya manipulated her into giving up control

In a six-page complaint, Bose alleged that she was manipulated into giving up shares, and control of the business under false pretenses. She specifically accused Vaidya of misconduct during his tenure as COO, stating, "Aadi Vaidya engaged in misconduct by falsely attributing loss-making deals to me and extending trade credit to various parties in my name." She also claimed that Vaidya used these deals to intimidate her by wrongfully implicating her to investors.

Bose accuses Kapoor and Vaidya of withholding crucial company data

Bose further accused both Kapoor and Vaidya of withholding crucial company-related data and information. She suggested that they resorted to underhanded tactics in their business dealings. Zilingo, co-founded by Bose and Kapoor in 2015, saw its valuation rise to approximately ₹7,000 crore in 2019. However, Bose stepped down from her directorial roles at parent company Zilingo Pte Ltd, as well as its subsidiaries in 2022.
