Gen Z professionals in India eye job switch for higher pay
A new survey shows that 7 out of 10 Gen Z professionals in India are open to switching jobs, mainly for higher salaries.
Even though their pay is growing faster than anywhere else (11% globally), 40% still feel underpaid.
