Glass Wall Systems IPO priced ₹172-₹182 with ₹60 cr issue

Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited is launching its IPO with shares priced between ₹172 and ₹182.

The offer includes new shares worth ₹60 crore and a big chunk for sale by existing shareholders.

If you're interested, the subscription window runs from September 8 to 10.

Proceeds to build Vile Bhagad unit

Funds from this IPO will help the company build a new glass processing unit at its Vile Bhagad facility, part of its plan to handle more of its own production.

Allotments will be finalized on September 11, with shares proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE.
