Goodluck India lands $6 million defense deal

Business

Goodluck Defence and Aerospace, a subsidiary of Goodluck India Ltd, just scored a $6 million export order for 155mm M107 Ready-to-Fill Shells—a big step up for their defense business.
Right now, defense brings in just 2% of the company's revenue, but they're aiming to boost that to 5-6% by FY26.

What's next for Goodluck?

They've got their eye on a new bullet shell project that could bring in ₹300-350 crore every year once licensed—and maybe even double that in three years.
Even with global slowdowns and tariffs making things tricky, Goodluck is betting on specialized exports and selective contracts to keep profits growing.
