Infosys is giving out a 75% average bonus this quarter
Infosys just announced an average 75% performance bonus for its employees for July-September, landing in paychecks this November.
The bulk of Infosys's 323,000-strong workforce—primarily those at job levels 4, 5, and 6, covering roles from software engineers to senior managers—are set to benefit, thanks to the company's solid results.
How the bonuses break down
The actual bonus depends on your role and how you did:
folks at job level 4 got between 75% (for meeting expectations) and 83% (for top performers),
while those at lower levels saw payouts ranging from about 70.5% up to 83%, based on their ratings.
The bigger picture: profits and pay hikes
Even though the bonus is a bit lower than last quarter's, Infosys posted a strong ₹7,364 crore profit (up 13% year-on-year) and bumped its revenue growth forecast for next year.
Earlier in 2025, most employees also got salary hikes of 5-8%.
