Park Medi World, the company behind the popular Park Hospital chain in North India, has filed its initial public offering (IPO) with a target of raising ₹920 crore. The IPO will open for subscription on December 10 and close on December 12. The company's shares will be offered in a price band of ₹154-162 per share with a face value of ₹2 each. This will be the 100th mainboard IPO in India this year.

IPO allotment and listing details
The company will launch its one-day IPO anchor book on December 9. It will finalize the share allotment by December 15, with a market debut planned for December 17. Park Medi World plans to raise ₹770 crore through a fresh issue of shares while promoter Dr. Ajit Gupta will offload shares worth ₹150 crore through an offer-for-sale (OFS).
Revision
IPO size reduced from earlier proposal
The IPO size has been revised down from the earlier draft proposal of ₹1,260 crore, which included a fresh issue of ₹960 crore and an OFS of ₹300 crore. The company will use ₹380 crore from the fresh issue proceeds for debt repayment. As of October 2025, Park Medi World had consolidated borrowings of ₹624.3 crore.
Utilization
Funds allocation for new hospital and medical equipment
The company will spend ₹60.5 crore on setting up a new hospital under its subsidiary Park Medicity (NCR), and ₹27.4 crore on procuring medical equipment for itself and subsidiaries Blue Heavens and Ratangiri. The rest of the funds will be used for general corporate purposes. Currently, promoters hold a 95.55% stake in the company while public shareholders own the remaining 4.55%.

Park Medi World runs 14 NABH-accredited multi-super specialty hospitals under the Park brand. The chain has eight hospitals in Haryana, one in Delhi, three in Punjab, and two in Rajasthan. It offers over 30 super-specialty and specialty services including internal medicine, neurology, urology, gastroenterology, general surgery, orthopedics, and oncology, among others.
