Sensex, Nifty jump 2% in best week since June

Indian stock markets just wrapped up their strongest week in five months, with both Sensex and Nifty rising nearly 2% and breaking a two-week losing streak.
The defense sector led the charge with a 4% jump, while Asian Paints and Adani Enterprises stood out as top gainers.
On the flip side, Trent and Bajaj Finance didn't keep up this week.

Noteworthy moves included NBCC jumping 5% after bagging a ₹340 crore project, while Pine Labs made an impressive stock market debut with shares surging 14%.
Midcap names like Samvardhana Motherson and Muthoot Finance also had a solid run.
