Business

Smartworks just posted a solid 21% jump in revenue for Q2FY26, hitting ₹424 crore.
Fresh off its IPO, the company also managed to cut its debt by nearly half—a pretty big move for their finances.

Major developments in the quarter

The highlight this quarter? Smartworks picked up the world's largest managed office campus in Mumbai, bumping its total workspace to 12.7 million sq ft across 14 cities.
They're also branching into new sectors like BFSI, consulting, manufacturing, and healthcare, plus Global Capability Centers now make up 15% of total revenue (and are set to grow).
With plans to expand further in major cities like NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad, and with sustained enterprise demand, Smartworks aims to continue its growth trajectory.
