Taggd study: nearly 80% use AI in recruitment, 10% benefit
A new study from recruitment firm Taggd reveals that while nearly 80% of organizations are using AI tools in at least one function across the recruitment process, just 10% actually notice better results.
So, most firms are jumping on the AI bandwagon, but aren't getting the payoff they hoped for.
This comes as Taggd launches its own AI-powered hiring model.
Taggd blends TARA with experienced recruiters
Taggd's new system blends its AI assistant TARA with experienced recruiters to speed up hiring and find better matches for jobs.
Kiran Kumar, President, Platform, Taggd, put it simply: "Data, agents, and domain put together gives an entirely different dimension in solving complex recruitment challenges, elevating our Forward-Deployed Recruiters to direct execution at a scale that simply wasn't possible before."
You still need human know-how and good data in the mix. Devashish Sharma, Co-Founder and CEO of Taggd, added that this combo has already made hiring faster and improved stakeholder satisfaction.
