Tesla stock takes a hit as production halts

Business

Tesla is hitting pause on making its Cybertruck and updated Model Y at the Austin Gigafactory for a week starting June 30.
This move has already knocked Tesla's stock down by nearly 4%, with shares now around $316.
It's another bump in the road for Tesla, which is also dealing with delays in Elon Musk's much-hyped Robotaxi project.

Cybertruck production halt and stock drop

This marks the third time this year that Cybertruck production has been stopped, something employees say used to be rare.
Add in a recent 14% stock drop after Musk's public feud with Donald Trump, plus ongoing Robotaxi delays, and it's clear Tesla is facing some real challenges keeping up momentum.
