Nick Jonas, who recently sold his luxurious bachelor pad, is now on a mansion hunt with wife Priyanka Chopra. According to media reports, the couple is looking for their new house in Bel Air and Beverly Hills areas of Los Angeles, and their budget is $20mn. Reportedly, the American singer sold his Beverly Hills bachelor pad last month quite secretly. Here's more.
As per reports, the Sucker singer sold his swanky pad for $6.9mn (Rs. 48cr). Interestingly, he had bought the opulent house in April 2018 for $6.5mn, before he popped the question to his lady love on her birthday (July 18). Nick's bachelor pad was said to be a super-modern-home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, infinity pool and an amazing view of hills and canyons.
Given their joint total net worth to be around $53mn, affording a $20mn mansion sounds pretty affordable for them. Nick, who makes his money from music, endorsements and collaborations, has an estimated net worth of $25mn. On the other hand, Priyanka, who's touted as a global icon, is sitting atop of a net worth of $28mn (combining her earnings in both Bollywood and Hollywood).
On the work front, Priyanka's looking forward to her much-awaited Bollywood comeback with The Sky Is Pink. She was last seen in Prakash Jha's 2016 release Jai Gangaajal. The Sky Is Pink is based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. Directed by Shonali Bose, the movie also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.
Notably, The Sky Is Pink will premiere at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival 2019 (TIFF). The grand unveiling will be held at the Gala presentation on September 13. The Sky Is Pink will hit the theatres on October 11 this year.
