BAFTA Games Awards 2026: 'Clair Obscur' leads with 17 nods
BAFTA released its longlist for the 2026 Games Awards on 9 December 2025, spotlighting 64 standout games from a massive pool of contenders.
Nominations were decided by BAFTA members (for Best Game and British Game) and specialist juries (for the other categories), and were announced on 12 March 2026, and winners will be revealed in London on April 17, with the whole show streaming live on YouTube.
'Clair Obscur,' 'Dispatch' lead the pack
"Clair Obscur: Expedition 33" is leading the longlist with 17 longlist mentions, including Best Game and nods for voice talents Ben Starr, Jennifer English, and Kirsty Rider.
"Dispatch" has 11 longlist mentions and big names like Aaron Paul and Laura Bailey in lead roles.
"Death Stranding 2" and "Indiana Jones and the Great Circle" also made strong showings with 10 nods each.
