Bailey had to step away from the project 11 months later due to an overbooked schedule.

Meanwhile, Peltz's father, billionaire Nelson Peltz, had previously sued his daughter's second wedding planners, Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba, over a $159K deposit after they were removed from the job. The lawsuit was settled in September 2023, with both parties agreeing to resolve the contract dispute. As part of the settlement, Braghin and Grijalba's Plan Design Events (PDE) was asked to donate in the name of Peltz and Beckham to the CARE Ukraine Crisis Fund.
