'Hate Story 4' triumphs other releases on opening day

This Friday saw a three-way clash at the box office with 'Hate Story 4', 'Dil Juunglee' and '3 Storeys' hitting the screens together.
As all the three films didn't generate enough pre-release buzz, their openings were expected to be on the lower side.
However, 'Hate Story 4' benefited from the franchise factor and managed a better start than the other two films.

While 'Hate Story 4' still have a chance to put up decent numbers over the weekend, 'Dil Juunglee' and '3 Storeys' seem to be complete washouts.
The fourth edition of the 'Hate Story' franchise features Karan Wahi, Urvashi Rautela in the lead, whereas 'Dil Juunglee' stars Taapsee Pannu, Saqib Saleem.
The starcast of '3 Storeys' include Sharman Joshi, Richa Chadda, Pulkit Samrat, among others.
