The second edition of the Indian Streaming Academy Awards took place on Saturday night at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The awards celebrated India's thriving OTT ecosystem by recognizing excellence in storytelling, performances, sound design, editing, and cinematography. Major wins
'Panchayat' and 'Maharaj' among winners
Panchayat was awarded the Best Series in the Hindi category, while Poacher took home the same honor in the Non-Hindi category. Jai Mehta won Best Director (Series) for Lootere, and Siddharth P Malhotra clinched Best Director (Film) for Maharaj. Vikrant Massey and Parineeti Chopra were named Best Actor Popular (Film) and Best Actress Popular (Film) for Sector 36 and Amar Singh Chamkila, respectively.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu won Best Actress - Popular (Series) for Citadel: Honey Bunny. Jitendra Kumar was named Best Actor - Critics (Series) for Panchayat. Sonali Bendre won Best Actress - Critics (Series) for The Broken News, while Divya Dutta took home the same honor in the Film category for Sharmajee Ki Beti. Sikandar Kher was awarded Best Supporting Actor (Series) for Aarya, and Saanvika won Best Supporting Actress (Series) for Panchayat.

Amar Singh Chamkila was named the Best Web Original Film in the Hindi category, while Chaalchitra Ekhon took home the honor in the Non-Hindi category. The documentary Yo Yo Honey Singh: Famous was also awarded. In terms of technical categories, Sylvester Fonseca won Best Cinematographer (Film) for Amar Singh Chamkila, and Johan Heurlin Aidt won the Best Cinematographer (Series) award for Poacher.

Panchayat won Best Original Story (Series) by Chandan Kumar, while Heeramandi bagged Best Production Design (Series). Amar Singh Chamkila's AR Rahman won Best Original Soundtrack (Film), while Ana Rehman took home the same award for Bandish Bandits. In the non-Hindi categories, Best Director (Film) went to Anjan Dutt for Chaalchitra Ekhon, Best Non-fiction Original, Series/Special was clinched by Telugu Indian Idol, and Best Actor - Popular (Series) was won by Poacher's Roshan Mathew.
