Mahesh Manjrekar is bringing his hit Marathi play "Filter Coffee" to a wider crowd with a fresh English adaptation called "Lovable Rascal."
The story centers on Amruta, a widow whose quiet routine gets turned upside down by an unexpected guest, sparking new creativity and emotions in her life.

Anusha Dandekar and Sumedh Mudgalkar lead the cast, joined by Jayesh Thakkar, Kuhu Singh, and Karan Bendre.
Producer Ashvin Gidwani shared his excitement about teaming up with Manjrekar again, describing the play as relatable and heartwarming.
"Lovable Rascal" premieres October 12, 2025 at St. Andrews Auditorium in Mumbai—marking a big step for regional storytelling reaching new audiences.
