Which all movies are getting released in 2018?
While 2017 was a rather dull year for Bollywood, 2018 seems a lot more promising.
Talking of the megastars' films, Akshay Kumar's 'Padman', SRK's 'Zero', controversy-ridden Bhansali's magnum opus 'Padmavat' are going to be this year's most-anticipated releases, among others.
This year we will also get to see a lot of fresh pairing.
Here is a list of movies getting released in 2018.
Padman: Akshay Kumar's superhero appeal
Call it a formula or a technique but Bollywood's action king, Akshay has always managed to associate himself with films concerning social problems. The next in line is 'Padman'.
'Padman' is based on the story of Tamil Nadu-based social activist Arunachalam Muruganantham, who is the inventor of a low-cost sanitary pad making machine.
'Padman', is actually the adaptation of Twinkle's own story on Muruganantham.
Hichki: Rani Mukerji's comeback movie
After a gap of four years, Rani Mukerji is all set to make a comeback on the small screen with her upcoming flick 'Hichki' under the banner of Yash Raj Films.
Rani, who is known for her unconventional roles, plays Naina Mathur in the movie. She is determined to become a teacher but suffers from a rare speech disorder called Tourette.
Saif Ali Khan
Kaalakandi: Saif's quirky side
It has been a decade since Saif has featured in an experimental film. He is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood but unfortunately, the directors have failed to use his potential to the fullest.
He has always been given roles that are in his comfort zone.
But now, Saif is all set to blow your mind in 'Kaalakaandi' with his quirky character.
Shah Rukh Khan
Zero: Shah Rukh Khan's dwarf act
Treating his fans on the new year, Shah Rukh Khan unveiled the title and teaser of one of his most-anticipated movies of 2018 on Monday.
The film is titled 'Zero' and it will star the old trio - Shah Rukh, Katrina and Anushka on the silver screen after almost five years. The movie is directed by Aanand L Rai.
We seriously can't wait!
Padmavat: The controversy-ridden film
'Padmavat' is probably the only film in the history of Bollywood that has been forced to change its release date several times due to endless controversies.
But now with some developments in the script and the change in name, we are hopeful that the film will see the light of the day in 2018.
The film stars three stellar actors- Ranveer, Deepika and Shahid.
