The second season of India's Got Latent, hosted by Samay Raina, was released earlier this year. In a surprising move, the show is being streamed on both YouTube and Netflix. Recently, Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos explained the rationale behind this decision in an interview with The Indian Express. He stated that they didn't see YouTube as a competitor. Sarandos said, "The only thing I think about for YouTube is that it's sometimes a place to discover things."

Sarandos further elaborated on why they made an exception for India's Got Latent.
He said, "It came with a very big built-in audience and a very, very popular host, as you know."
"So it had all the elements that people, I think, wanted, and we were able to bring it. So we're excited about it."

The second season of India's Got Latent, which premiered on June 20, marked the show's return after a controversial first season.
The premiere episode featured Alia Bhatt, while subsequent episodes saw appearances by Kiku Sharda, Tanmay Bhat, and singer-rapper Karan Aujla among others.
Meanwhile, Raina had earlier expressed his gratitude for the love he has received over the years and his excitement for the show's dual premiere.
