NFL star Stefon Diggs and influencer trade serious accusations
Influencer Christopher Blake Griffith has accused NFL player Stefon Diggs of sexual battery and conspiracy to commit violence, saying the alleged sexual battery happened at Diggs's home in Maryland this past May, and that a separate violent attack occurred in Los Angeles involving Diggs's brother and associates.
Griffith claims he was drugged and assaulted by Diggs, then later attacked by the athlete's brother and associates after refusing sexual advances.
Lawsuits flying, both deny each other's claims
Diggs responded by filing a defamation lawsuit against Griffith after the allegations went public on social media.
In turn, Griffith countersued for sexual battery and conspiracy to commit violence, insisting he's the real victim here.
Both sides deny all accusations against them, with lawyers trading words but no resolution yet—the case is still ongoing.
