'Toxic' event accident: Case filed against event manager, university management
What's the story
A pre-release event for the upcoming film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, starring actor Yash, turned chaotic in Hyderabad on Saturday night. The incident took place at Malla Reddy University in Medchal when a group of young fans climbed onto a sound box system stand, and it collapsed suddenly. Four people fell and were injured in the accident. A case has now been registered against the university management and the event manager, reported PTI.

One fan suffered a leg fracture
The injured fans were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. One of them suffered a leg fracture while three others had minor injuries, said Cyberabad Police.
Yash briefly paused his speech after seeing the structure collapse and asked if everyone was safe before continuing with his address.
"Is it okay there? Please check...be careful. Are you safe?" the actor asked.
