BJP MLA Rajeev Singh has spoken up about the recent scuffle on the Vande Bharat Express, calling it a "misunderstanding" that got out of hand.
The issue started when Singh asked a fellow passenger to swap seats, leading to an argument that escalated during his family trip on June 19.
