Delhi car blast: International terror links uncovered
The Nov 10 Delhi car blast is turning out to be more than just a local incident.
Investigators found that the suicide bomber, Dr. Umar un Nabi, actually met a Syrian terror operative in Turkey back in 2022—part of a bigger plan led by Pakistani handler Ukasha, after which Umar joined Al Falah University and formed a terror module.
How the plot unfolded and what's happening now
After their meeting with a Syrian operative in Turkey, Nabi returned to India on Ukasha's orders to start building the terror module.
The NIA has since arrested several people tied to the attack, including those who helped with logistics like getting the car and modifying drones.
Right now, suspects like Muzammil Shakeel Ganai are being questioned as investigators piece together how this international plot came together.
