Helicopter en route to pick up Shiv Sena leader crashes
A private helicopter, assigned to pick up Shiv Sena leader Sushma Andhare, crashed during its landing attempt in Maharashtra. The accident occurred at Mahad town in Raigad, the designated landing spot for the aircraft. A live video recording shared by Andhare showed the helicopter veering and shaking before losing control and crashing with a loud noise on an open field.
Pilot miraculously survives helicopter crash
In a miraculous turn of events, the pilot of the helicopter managed to escape unscathed before the crash. The white-and-blue rotary-wing aircraft, however, suffered significant damage due to the impact. After the incident, local authorities and rescue teams were called to the crash site for investigation, while Andhare continued with her scheduled election meetings in different parts of the district.
