Kerala nurse's remains returned after Ahmedabad tragedy
Ranjitha Gopakumar, a 39-year-old nurse from Kerala, was among the at least 265 people who lost their lives when an Air India flight crashed near Ahmedabad on June 12.
Her body was identified through DNA testing and returned to her hometown on Tuesday morning.

Gopakumar's final journey
Gopakumar's coffin arrived at Thiruvananthapuram airport, where state ministers and local leaders paid their respects.
She had just come back to India to plan a new home with her two kids and elderly mother, hoping to restart her government nursing job in Pathanamthitta.
Tragically, she was headed to the UK for paperwork when the disaster struck.
Her community gathered for a final farewell before she was cremated at home.
