Man kills rival who had previously served time for murder

In Manglora village, Uttar Pradesh, a long-standing rivalry turned deadly on Saturday evening when Jaivir (45) was shot and killed while returning from his fields.
Police say Rahul (30) is the main suspect—he allegedly took revenge for his father's murder back in 2011, for which Jaivir had served 11 years in prison.
Since getting out three years ago, Jaivir had been living in the same village.

Rahul has gone missing since the shooting, and police have registered a murder case against him.
To keep things calm and prevent further trouble, extra police officers have been deployed around Manglora.
Authorities are also conducting a post-mortem on Jaivir as part of their ongoing investigation.
