After a deadly firecracker factory explosion in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, that killed eight and injured several, a video surfaced showing Virudhunagar SP D Kannan warning grieving families to "behave properly" during their protest.
This has fueled more criticism of the police, who are already under fire for recent cases of brutality and custodial deaths.
