Stay away from these foods if you are 30

Stay away from these foods if you are 30
It is important to kick a few foods after a certain age.

Don't we all love to gorge on pizzas and burgers at some point in our lives? But as you know, these foods are unhealthy and should be consumed in moderation. They can lead to obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint pains, and more health problems. You should ditch these and many more such foods after you cross 30.

#1
Packaged soups

If you love opening a packet of soup on a cold day, beware as these soups are full of sodium. Having too much salt is an open invitation to heart diseases, high blood pressure, and stroke. Besides, they contain preservatives that are not good for anyone and can cause severe health issues. Replace ready-made soups with these homemade soups.

#2
Soft drinks

Cold drinks, or sodas, are high in sugar and can easily throw your system into a tizzy. Besides, their acidic nature is bad for your gut and can cause long-term health issues. For those above 30 and thinking about starting a family, the high sugar content can lead to ovulation issues as well as low sperm motility in men. So quit now!

#3
Vegetables and fruits with excessive pesticides

By age 30, our body is full of toxins that have largely entered through the pesticides in vegetables and fruits. These pesticides can hamper our hormonal balance and metabolism. They are also responsible for causing fertility issues. So try to eat more organic produce, or if possible, grow some vegetables and herbs in your very own kitchen garden.

#4
Foods containing artificial sweeteners

Contrary to popular belief, artificial sweeteners aren't healthier than sugar. Stop reaching for a pack of sugar-free for your coffee as they can adversely impact the functioning of your liver. This can lead to weight gain in the middle abdominal area, besides causing other liver-related health problems. Stay away from anything that says sugar-free, such as candies and other snacks.

#5
Margarine

Margarine, a cheaper alternative to butter, is often assumed to be healthier than butter. But that's not true. Margarine contains partially-hydrogenated oils that are a kind of trans-fat. Trans-fat can cause heart issues and other problems. It is also responsible for making our skin vulnerable to UV rays and breaking down the collagen in the skin, thus causing wrinkles.
