Amazon India launches 'Seller Assistant' AI for MSMEs, Hinglish available
Amazon India just rolled out "Seller Assistant," an AI-powered helper for MSMEs (micro, small, and medium businesses).
It's available 24/7 in both English and Hinglish, and helps sellers set up accounts, create product listings straight from photos or links, manage inventory, and even get personalized reorder alerts, basically making online selling a lot less stressful.
Seller Assistant boosts visibility via reviewers
Seller Assistant also checks local rules for international sales and boosts product visibility by connecting new listings with trusted reviewer networks.
Early users have cut their routine work time by 70%.
To spread the word, Amazon has hosted "Seller Connects" workshops in over 20 cities, training more than 5,000 sellers.
This launch is part of Amazon's push to support India's AI mission and help 15 million businesses by 2030, and it's all happening right before Prime Day 2026 to get sellers ready for the big shopping rush.
