BMC unveils user-friendly app for pothole complaints
BMC just dropped a fresh version of its My Pothole Quick Fix app to help Mumbaikars flag potholes—especially during messy monsoons. You can now snap a geo-tagged pic and file a complaint in just a couple of taps. The best part? Officials say they'll fix every reported pothole within 48 hours.
Follow your complaint in real-time
The app lets you follow your complaint as it gets routed to the right team and fixed (using cold mix or tar, if you're curious). Available on both Android and iOS, it also gives you the option to escalate if things stall. Not an app person? BMC's new WhatsApp chatbot lets you report potholes in Marathi ('Khadda') or English ('Pothole'). It's all about making Mumbai's roads smoother—and keeping things simple for everyone.
