Jio now offers free Google AI Pro subscription to all

Reliance Jio has expanded its free Google AI Pro subscription offer to all users, irrespective of their age. The telecom giant had initially limited the offer to users aged between 18 and 25. However, in a recent update, the company has opened up the promotion for everyone, including those above 25 years of age.

How to get Google AI Pro subscription for free?
To avail the free Google AI Pro subscription, users need an active Jio SIM with an unlimited 5G plan. Once this is confirmed, they can open the MyJio app and look for the "Early access" banner on its home page. By tapping on "Claim now," a new page will open in their browser showing details of the offer. After scrolling down and tapping "Agree," users can head over to Gemini app to check if their Pro status has been activated.

Benefits of Google AI Pro subscription
The Google AI Pro subscription, which usually costs ₹1,950 per month, offers extended access to the Gemini 2.5 Pro AI model. It also provides advanced features like image generation through Nano Banana and Deep Research, both of which are not available in the free version. The plan also gives higher rate limits for Gemini Code Assist IDE extensions and Gemini Command Line Interface (CLI).

The Google AI Pro subscription offers an enhanced AI experience across various Google Workspace apps like Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive. It comes with 2TB of storage across Drive, Gmail, and Photos.
