Google launches Gmail AI inbox for US AI Ultra subscribers
Google just launched its AI-powered Inbox in Gmail for US users on the pricey AI Ultra plan.
Thanks to Gemini integration, your inbox now highlights important stuff (think bills, appointments, and VIP messages) so you don't have to dig through endless emails.
After some time in testing, it's finally open to paying users who want a smarter way to manage their inbox.
AI Ultra plan costs $250 monthly
The AI Inbox is part of Google's $250-a-month AI Ultra plan, which also gives you higher Gemini usage limits, access to advanced models, and a huge 30TB of shared storage across Drive and Photos.
Perks like YouTube Premium and Google Home Premium Advanced are included too.
Right now it's U.S.-only, but Google is expected to expand access over time, potentially bringing it to AI Pro users and possibly even free users down the line.
