Google unveils major Snapseed update after years
Snapseed just got its biggest update in years, but only for iOS right now. Version 3.0 brings a cleaner interface with a new grid view for your edited photos and three main tabs: Looks, Faves, and Tools. The Faves tab is especially handy—it lets you pin your favorite editing tools so they're always within reach.
Organizing tools into looks, faves, and tools keeps everything simple
The app now makes it easier to browse your edits with the grid view, and organizing tools into Looks, Faves, and Tools keeps everything simple. Saving your go-to edits in the Faves tab means less time searching for what you use most.
Update is iOS-only for now
Snapseed still packs over 25 editing tools and filters—including Healing, Brush, Structure, HDR, plus some new film-style effects. It processes everything on your device (no cloud needed), stays ad-free, and is totally free to use. For now though, this update is iOS-only—Android users will have to wait their turn.
