Infinix Zero 5G launched in India at Rs. 20,000
Infinix has launched its Zero 5G model in India. The smartphone carries a price-tag of Rs. 19,999 and will be available from February 18 onward. It was announced in Nigeria last week. As for the key details, the handset features a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, a 120Hz display, a 48MP primary camera, 33W fast-charging, and supports 13 5G bands.

The Infinix Zero 5G is the first 5G-ready smartphone by the company. It comes with a bevy of features such as "3D cooling" technology, "Game Boost" function, up to 5GB virtual RAM, and a high screen refresh rate. The Infinix Zero 5G features a punch-hole design with rounded corners, a prominent bottom bezel, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The rear is fitted with a triple camera setup. It bears a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2460 pixels) IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The handset weighs 199 grams.
It sports a 48MP primary camera
The Infinix Zero 5G has a triple rear camera unit comprising a 48MP main camera, a 13MP telephoto shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie snapper.
The handset houses a 5,000mAh battery
The Infinix Zero 5G draws power from a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (expandable up to 256GB via micro-SD card). Under the hood, it boots Android 11-based XOS 10 and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the device offers support for 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and a Type-C port.
