North Korean hackers can remotely reset your Android phone: Here's how

Technology

North Korean hackers are going after Android devices by sneaking malware through the KakaoTalk app, according to security researchers.
Once in, they use stolen Google credentials to track and even remotely reset your phone—all by taking advantage of Google's Find Hub tool.

Google clarifies

Google clarified that there aren't any new flaws in Android or Find Hub itself—the real issue is hackers stealing passwords with PC malware.
To keep your accounts safer, Google suggests turning on two-step verification or using passkeys.
