What's the story

Google Gemini is getting a handy new trick up its sleeve! Now, it can help you organize and structure your data right in Google Sheets. First shown off at Google I/O, this feature lets you turn raw data into neat tables with just a few prompts in its side panel. This update is a game-changer for anyone wrestling with heaps of data or messy info.

Visual enhancement

Create visually appealing tables

Gemini AI doesn't just whip up boring old text tables; it's all about those eye-catching, well-organized data structures. With a splash of colors, they're super easy to read and navigate. Plus, you can say goodbye to the hassle of manual formatting, which means more time and energy for you when tackling those big datasets.

User guide

How to use table creation feature?

To make the most of the latest feature, just click the 'Gemini star button' in Google Sheets and pick 'Create a table.' You can either go with a pre-set table type or type in your own prompt. Review the prompt and press Enter to create your new table. The side dialog box will even suggest cool tweaks for a more personalized result.

Rollout details

It is now rolling out to Rapid Release Domains
