Reddit, the popular social media platform, is facing a major outage. The issue has been reported by thousands of users across the globe. According to Downdetector, a site that tracks outages in real-time, over 19,400 complaints have been filed against problems faced on Reddit. The majority of these issues (73%) are related to accessing the platform via its official website.

Server connection and login issues reported
Apart from website access issues, around 21% of users have reported server connection problems. Further, about 6% of users are facing difficulties while trying to log in through Reddit's official app. This isn't the first time Reddit has faced such a massive outage in the last month. A similar incident was reported on November 15, which affected thousands of users globally.

In light of the ongoing problems, Reddit's official X account has confirmed that the platform is experiencing some errors. The company is currently looking into the matter internally. As complaints continue to pour in on Downdetector, it remains unclear when exactly these issues will be resolved and normal service resumed for all users.
