TECNO CAMON 30 series launched in India at ₹23,000
What's the story
TECNO has introduced its CAMON 30 5G series in India, comprising the CAMON 30 5G and CAMON 30 Premier 5G. The regular model is priced at ₹22,999 for the 8GB/256GB configuration, while its 12GB/256GB variant is available at ₹26,999. The Premier model comes in a single configuration of 12GB/512GB, priced at ₹39,999. Both smartphones will be available for purchase in India starting May 23, with customers able to avail ₹3,000 instant bank discount.

The CAMON 30 5G features a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED screen. The Premier model sports a 6.77-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen, with an LTPO technology. Both devices offer a refresh rate of 120Hz. For photography, the devices are equipped with a 50MP primary camera. While the standard model includes a 2MP depth sensor, the Premier model features a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom. Up front, they have a 50MP camera for selfies and video calls.

A Dimensity 7020 chip powers the CAMON 30 5G. However, the Premier model uses a more advanced Dimensity 8200 Ultimate chip. On the software front, the handsets run on Android 14-based HiOS 14. Both phones pack a 5,000mAh battery, with support for 70W wired fast-charging. Connectivity options include 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a Type-C port.
