Xiaomi Pad 8 debuts in India: Check price, features
Xiaomi just dropped its Pad 8 tablet in India, after showing it off at MWC 2026.
It will go on sale starting March 17 on Amazon, Xiaomi's online store and Xiaomi retail partners, packing a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, up to 12GB of RAM, and a hefty 9,200mAh battery with fast charging, so it should handle gaming, streaming, and all-day use with ease.

The Pad 8 rocks an 11.2-inch sharp 3.2K LCD display with a super-smooth 144Hz refresh rate and up to 800 nits of brightness, great for binge-watching or late-night reading.
Running HyperOS 3 (based on Android 16), it brings handy tools like workstation mode and AI writing/translation. You also get four years of Android updates and six years of security patches.
It also supports the Focus Pen Pro stylus
There's a solid camera setup: a 13MP rear camera for quick snaps and an 8MP front camera for video calls or selfies.
Four Dolby Atmos speakers promise immersive audio whether you're watching movies or joining online classes.
Plus, the tablet supports the Focus Pen Pro stylus if you're into digital art or note-taking (sold separately).

The base model (8GB/128GB) is ₹33,999; the higher-end (12GB/256GB) is ₹36,999; Nano Texture variant goes for ₹38,999; while the Creator's Edition bundles in a pen at ₹41,999 (standard) or ₹43,999 (Nano).
