Pakistan cricketer Hasan Ali angers Indian Jawans

Pakistani cricketer Hasan Ali has angered the Indian army officers after performing the signature wicket taking ceremony at the Wagah Border. The Border Security Force (BSF) is miffed with Hasan as his video went viral on social media accounts. Reports claim that the BSF has decided to raise a formal complaint with Pakistan Rangers for breaching the protocol.

Details
What actually happened?

Ali took part in the beating retreat ceremony. However, as per rules, it can only performed by BSF and Pakistan Rangers. The pacer is seen doing his unique cricket celebration by patting his thighs and raising his arms after claiming a wicket. Pakistan Rangers soldiers stood in the background as people applauded the cricketer. A man in civilian clothes escorted him later on.

Information
What does the rule say?

It has been reported that only the BSF and Pakistan Rangers can take part in the flag lowering ceremony at the Wagah border. A BSF official claimed that no person is allowed to make any gestures during the parade.
