South Africa have tightened their grip on the 2nd Test against India with a massive first-innings score. On Day 2 in Guwahati, substantial knocks from Senuran Muthusamy (109) and Marco Jansen (93) propelled the Proteas to 489. Wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav finished with four wickets. India, who came out to bat in the final hour, returned wicketless (9/0). They trail by 480 runs.
