Silva signed a two-year deal at Real. Silva scored 76 goals in 460 games for City after joining from French club AS Monaco in 2017. 304 of his appearances came in the Premier League. He won 19 trophies during his stay in Manchester. Notably, Silva lifted six Premier League honors and the coveted UEFA Champions League.

Marc Cucurella joins Real from Chelsea in deal worth £51.8m
Real also signed defender Marc Cucurella from Chelsea on a six-year deal. The fee is £47.5m plus £4.3m in add-ons, with the potential to rise to £51.8m in total, as per Sky Sports News. Cucurella had joined Chelsea from fellow Premier League side Brighton four years ago for a deal worth £63m. The 27-year-old clocked 163 appearances for Chelsea, winning the UEFA Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup.

Real activate €20m release clause for Denzel Dumfries
As per Fabrizio Romano, Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries signed his official contract at Real Madrid on June 9 after medical was done the previous week. He signed a four-year deal. Real activated a €20m release clause to land the Dutchman. In 207 matches for Inter, the right-back scored 27 goals. He won 8 trophies with Inter and was a runner-up twice in the UEFA Champions League.

Rudiger signs one-year contract extension
Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger signed a contract extension. He is now tied to the club until June 30, 2027. Rudiger's previous deal was due to expire this summer. However, Real decided to prolong his stay until at least next year. The 33-year-old German international, has been with Real since 2022. Jose Mourinho has been vital for sanctioning the signings
Real Madrid reappointed former boss Jose Mourinho as their head coach. The 63-year-old Portuguese manager signed a three-year contract with the club. Mourinho has been brought to steady the ship after two consecutive seasons without a major trophy for Los Blancos. Mourinho will return to the Santiago Bernabeu on July 13 to start his second term in charge ahead of pre-season training.
