Limited-run Jeep Wrangler goes official with a V8 engine

Jeep has unveiled the limited-edition Wrangler Moab 392 for 2026, a move that keeps the beloved V8 engine option alive for at least another year. The new model comes with a starting price tag of $81,990 in the US, which is a whopping $20,000 cheaper than its predecessor from last year. The SUV is fueled by a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 engine that delivers an impressive 470hp of power and torque of up to 637Nm.

The 2026 Wrangler Moab 392 comes with a host of design features such as a body-color hardtop, rock rails, color-matched fender flares, and black tow hooks. The interior is equally impressive with the heated black Nappa leather-trimmed seats, a premium Alpine sound system, and a 12.3-inch infotainment display. Optional upgrades include a Sky One-Touch powertop and an 3,628kg WARN winch for off-road adventures.

The Wrangler Moab 392 comes with a two-mode exhaust system and cold-air intake with a water separator. It also gets Jeep's new "enhanced door hinge system," which is designed to speed up the process of removing doors.
